    Yoghurt Mint Chutney

    Ingredients:
    1/2 cup whisked yoghurt
    1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
    1/4 cup fresh cilantro
    1/2″ piece fresh ginger
    1 small green chilli (optional)
    salt to taste

    Instructions:
    1. Grind together mint, cilantro, ginger, green chilli and salt. Add the ground mixture to the whisked yoghurt in a bowl and enjoy with kebabs.
