Yoghurt Mint Chutney

Ingredients
  

  • Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup whisked yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 ″ piece fresh ginger
  • 1 small green chilli optional
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Grind together mint, cilantro, ginger, green chilli and salt. Add the ground mixture to the whisked yoghurt in a bowl and enjoy with kebabs.

Notes

This is a chutney which is mainly served with kebabs and Naan. It is relished as a condiment.
