    Fried Shrimp

    This is a simple quick and easy recipe which is ready in less than 15 minutes. The shrimp are lightly spiced and cooked in the masala till they turn slightly crisp and delicious. Best enjoyed with steamed rice and curry.

    Ingredients:
    15 shrimps
    1 tsp ginger garlic paste
    1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    1 tsp red chilli powder
    1/4 tsp pink salt
    1 tbs vegetable oil

    Instructions:
    1. Devein, clean, wash the shrimp.
    2. Add salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric and red chilli powder, mix well and cook them in a sauce pan on medium heat just till they turn opaque.
    3. Add vegetable oil and let them simmer on medium low heat till the masala dries up and they turn brown and slightly crispy.
    4. Serve them with steamed rice and curry. Enjoy!
